∎ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required; Master's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee internal and external day-to-day IT operations, providing overall management of technology vendor(s), developing the IT governance model, and a comprehensive on-going IT project management plan.
∎ The applicants should have practical knowledge in JAVA, WordPress, Java Script, HTML, Oracle Forms/Report and other reporting & coding tools.
∎ Good hands in SQL query on live Server.
∎ Provide IT support for desktop, laptop & also require to troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system is used) to the Head Office & Branches.
∎ Configuration & troubleshooting of VM server applications and file server.
∎ Provide IT support for LAN, OS and e-mail related issues.
∎ Configure & maintain network printers, IP surveillance, access control and IP Phone etc.
∎ Access Control Machine (Attendance), CCTV, DVR, NVR & HD Camera Setup, Installation & Maintenance.
∎ Maintaining and upgrading of the existing database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Non-Life insurance background will be preferable.
∎ Must have ERP based experience (Insurance Management System).
∎ Must have reading and writing skill in English & Bengali.
