Education:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in CSE

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in Non-Life Insurance Company will be preferred.
∎ Considerable experience in Insurance world is expected.
∎ Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and experience in database design and implementation.
∎ Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and Proficiency in Oracle Apex and Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Jasper Reports.
∎ Advanced hands-on knowledge in Oracle Database and Database Administration (DBA)
∎ Ability to Install, Configure and Manage Oracle Database, Backup and Recovery with RMAN, Data Guard etc.
∎ Experience in the field of Insurance Systems, Financial Accounting & ERP will be preferred.
∎ Good in networking (LAN, WAN, Routing and Network management, administration activities, Data Connectivity Network in different branch office).
∎ In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
∎ Strong project management skills.
∎ Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Excellent Time management Skills and Communication Skills, English Speaking skills.
∎ Vendor certification like OCP, Mikro Tik, Linux, CCNA, CISCO will be an added advantage.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement IT strategies in line with the company’s business goals.
∎ Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including software, hardware and networks.
∎ Develop, upgrade, maintenance and support of Insurance ERP Software and production database.
∎ Administer, manage and control Network Router, File Server, Database Server, Attendance Software, Email Configuration, IP Telephone System, CCTV Camera etc.
∎ Lead the IT department in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations.
∎ Ensure the IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable to support current and future business needs.
∎ Manage, mentor, and develop the IT team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
∎ Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide effective IT solutions.
∎ Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure is secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and services.
∎ Evaluate, select, and implement new technology solutions.
∎ Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
