Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Computer Science and Software Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skill Required: Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Implementation, Team Leader (Software), Website maintenance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team that is responsible for both System Administrations & Network Services & relevant IT related activities.
∎ Ensure High Efficiency Windows, Linux, Intel based server infrastructure management to ensure high availability services to the customers.
∎ • Deploy systems with respect to application requirements.
∎ Installation, configuration & administration of Linux Servers, Maintain & Manage various services running in Linux system which include mail server.
∎ Microsoft System Centre Package 2012 (SCCM, SCEP, SCVMM) administration, configuration, distribution & deployment.
∎ • Manage and administrate Cisco Routers, Catalyst Switch and access layer switches Managing.
∎ Manage and maintain routing and switching and redundancy.
∎ Handling network service request within SLA/OLA and also coordinate with vendor and partner services.
∎ Participate in enterprise network solution design which also includes implementation.
∎ Provide and manage modem, Wi-Fi related solutions.
∎ Should be experience in successful implementation and roll out of Oracle EBS and Cloud Project and capable of leading the IT & MIS of a large manufacturing organization.
∎ Should be experienced on Oracle modules. Ensure database planning, designing and successful administrative role in Oracle and MS SQL.
∎ Control and monitor data warehousing considering remote auto backup strategy by RMAN, replication and mirroring.
∎ Ensure activities of MIS team through a strong standard operating procedure (SOP)
∎ Develop/monitor program development using Oracle EBS, Tally, HR & Accounts software, website system software etc.
∎ Manage and maintain backups and disaster recovery processes for all servers and users data
∎ Provide guidance to staff in the use and maintenance of computer-based management information systems
∎ Administer and configure network
∎ Ensure mail server configuration (Domain, Exchange Server etc.)
∎ Assure troubleshooting hardware, software and network
∎ Upgrade new technology of computer and network system
∎ Ensure LAN configuration and troubleshooting
∎ Manage PC troubleshooting, data backup, security and safety
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, email provision and ensure the security of data from internal and external unauthorized access
∎ Monitor and train up new employees.
∎ Proficiency with front-end scripting.
∎ Independently handle small to large project correction and modification.
∎ Prepare product documentation, bug fixing and testing and developing web reporting.
∎ Consult with project lead on identification of problems and suggest
∎ Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project.
∎ Work seamlessly in a team collaborating with other programmers and ensuring knowledge transfer.
∎ Work along with office member and solve the issue of networking, PC installations and the maintenance.
∎ Software management experiences are required.
