Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise proper maintenance of premises and taking initiatives to uplift the outlook of the offices
∎ To supervise routine maintenance of ACs, Generators, Electrical infrastructure of the Bank
∎ Ensure safety of premises and assets from fire hazards
∎ Monitor and develop a team for supervision of all ATMs to ensure the quality service
∎ Supervise the selection process of vendors and do the yearly vendor assessment
∎ Ensure premises Lease Renewals on time within allocated budget
∎ Supervise & communicate with Internal and external stake holders to arrange and complete any official event properly
∎ Ensure cleanliness, beautification and pest control of all the premises
