Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage various Woven Jacket production Processes.
∎ Time study (Cycle timing)
∎ Motion analysis of the operations
∎ Operation break down
∎ Preparation of OB (Operation bulletin)
∎ SAM Calculation.
∎ M/C Layout and Workstation layout
∎ Line/Machine Set up
∎ Production estimation of a line, Group, Machines.
∎ Work Sampling
∎ Method Study (Seeing Movements of an operation)
∎ WIP Control
∎ Line Balancing
∎ Capacity study, Capacity Planning.
∎ Cost estimation of a garment (Woven Products, Jacket)
∎ Developing and Maintaining Skill Matrix
∎ Incentives schemes
∎ Calculating Yarn / Thread Consumption
∎ Work aids, Guide and Attachment
∎ Performance Rating
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
