Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing daily operation bulletin and line layout;
∎ Preparing Line balancing;
∎ Doing Time- study, capacity study, production study follow up;
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis;
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level;
∎ Following operator's performance;
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors;
∎ Marketing plan and central plan and production plan execution ability.
∎ Able to plan Monthly Capacity Allocation, Pre-production activity Schedule, TNA, Shipment Schedule.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments/teams and obtain required specifications / details timely and reserve plant capacities in order to prepare production plans considering customer required delivery while ensuring maximum utilization of allocated capacity.
∎ Timely update and maintain authentic production figures and style reconciliation details by coordinating with relevant departments in order to provide accurate information for post order job profitability analysis and production reports.
∎ Schedule/attend relevant meetings with Production and Merchandising to discuss/verify related issues and determine the effective resolutions to prepare and maintain detail plan and make sure plan is secured in advance to ensure undisputed production flow.
∎ Able to do planning by considering local and international law on working hours and ensure best planning by following our customers requirement.

∎ Should have vast IE knowledge and Experience
∎ The candidate must have vast experience in the field of industrial engineering and planning for a knit & woven garments factory.
∎ Should have strong personality
∎ Strong Leadership and communication skill.
