Experience:
Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in HRM) from any reputed university.
3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
People oriented and results driven.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of working experience in HR of Bank or Financial Institute out of total experience at least 10 years.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the executive team to ensure HR initiatives support the bank’s growth, culture, and long-term goals.
Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and competent workforce.
Develop talent management strategies, including identifying high-potential employees and creating career development plans.
Design and oversee training programs to enhance employees’ skills, compliance knowledge, and leadership capabilities.
Conduct training needs analysis to ensure employees remain skilled and support leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future bank leaders.
Drive the performance appraisal process and help managers set achievable goals for their teams.
Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees and reward high achievers through recognition programs.
Design and manage a competitive compensation structure, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, and benefits, aligned with industry standards.
Review and adjust compensation policies to attract and retain top talent.
Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, integrity and take initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Oversee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and banking regulations, including anti-discrimination, labor laws, and data privacy.
Develop policies to mitigate HR-related risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Report on HR metrics to senior management, providing insights on workforce trends and recommendations for improvement.
Make data-driven decisions to refine HR practices and support the bank’s overall strategy.
Support organizational restructuring and manage change initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions.
Facilitate communication and manage resistance to changes in policies, processes, or team structures.
