Additional Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Applicants must have at least 5 years of working experience in HR of Bank or Financial Institute out of total experience at least 10 years.

  • Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure HR initiatives support the bank’s growth, culture, and long-term goals.

  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and competent workforce.

  • Develop talent management strategies, including identifying high-potential employees and creating career development plans.

  • Design and oversee training programs to enhance employees’ skills, compliance knowledge, and leadership capabilities.

  • Conduct training needs analysis to ensure employees remain skilled and support leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future bank leaders.

  • Drive the performance appraisal process and help managers set achievable goals for their teams.

  • Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees and reward high achievers through recognition programs.

  • Design and manage a competitive compensation structure, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, and benefits, aligned with industry standards.

  • Review and adjust compensation policies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, integrity and take initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

  • Oversee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and banking regulations, including anti-discrimination, labor laws, and data privacy.

  • Develop policies to mitigate HR-related risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Report on HR metrics to senior management, providing insights on workforce trends and recommendations for improvement.

  • Make data-driven decisions to refine HR practices and support the bank’s overall strategy.

  • Support organizational restructuring and manage change initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions.

  • Facilitate communication and manage resistance to changes in policies, processes, or team structures.
