∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas, Group of Companies, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Multinational Companies, Power

Job Context:
∎ Responsibilities include but are not limited to Strategize Human Capital Management and Organizational Development, Performance & Capacity Management & Development, Ensure Management best practices as per the law of the company and of the land, developing, maintaining, and updating Policies, forms, and formats, Employee Engagement and Relations, Employer Branding, Employee Compensation & Benefits Management, Retention, Industrial Relations, Event Management, Corporate Affairs, Develop and update Code of conduct and conflict resolution.
∎ Develop, maintain, and update SOPs and KPIs for self, team members, and the department.
∎ To analyze training & Development needs and arrange training & capacity development activities
∎ Ensure periodic employee engagement surveys to ensure a standard level of employee engagement throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection and Recruitment of quality resources as per organizational requirements.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies & practices with a clear objective to foster a performance culture and build an effective & successful workforce
∎ Periodic update/modification of HR Policy - in alignment with corporate guidelines, modern HR practices, and labor law requirements.
∎ Drive and provide guidance on effective implementation of HR Process on talent management, people development, performance management, career and succession planning etc.
∎ Design and implement suitable Reward & Recognition schemes to encourage and motivate good performers.
∎ Process owner of the HR & Administration Budget, covering all aspects of manpower forecasting, training & development needs, HR system implementation, change management initiative as well as compensation & benefits.
∎ Work with senior management to address complex issues relating to areas of Industrial & employee relations.
∎ Prepare annual training development plans for all employees, based on their development needs/IDPs. Track & monitors the training calendar, and draws resources from the BU/Region & External environment to support the initiative.
∎ Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance by studying legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
∎ Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine and analyze root causes of important separations.
