Experience:
Master’s Degree from any recognized university with no 3rd Class/Division at any level.
MBA major in HRM will be preferred.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking Services out of which minimum 10 years in HR Division
At least 3 years in the role of Head/Deputy Head of HR.

A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for an experienced HR professional to join as Head of Human Resources
Employment Status: Permanent (in the rank of VP/SVP)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals across Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity, Employment Law, Employee Relations, HR Control & Compliance, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
Develop the capability of the HR team both individually and collectively.
Ensure smooth delivery of annual operational processes such as Performance Management, Talent Management, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Provide consultation, guidance, and coaching to business divisions and support functions.
Ensure consistent interpretation and application of employment policies and practices.
Drive HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Execute HR projects aligned with the Bank’s strategic and tactical agenda.
Engage with key stakeholders across the Bank and with external partners such as Bangladesh Bank, Commercial Banks, BIBM, ABB, and relevant vendors.
