Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Overseeing recruitment and selection processes to ensure that the best candidates are hired for each position.
∎ Providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
∎ Managing employee benefits and compensation programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other benefits.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to Bangladesh Labor Law and Accord requirements.
∎ Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
∎ Managing the administrative functions of the factory, including facilities management, maintenance, and security.
∎ Leading the development and implementation of safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
∎ Providing regular reports to Managing Director on HR issues, including progress against key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Prepare annual training budget & training plan.
∎ Identify training needs, recommending and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs.
∎ Conducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires.
∎ Maintain training database and prepare different reports for management.
∎ Any work assigned by Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Internationally recognized professional qualifications will be a plus.
∎ Significant experience of providing leadership to the human resources function of a complex organization. -Experience of improving internal processes and managing change
∎ Strategic thinking, Effective leadership, influencing skills, very strong interpersonal skills
