Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining office files and keeping proper records of sales, payments and receipts.
∎ Receiving cash payments and recording daily sales in the system.
∎ Keeping proper sales and expense record and assisting the Head Office Audit team.
∎ Keeping good relationships with clients and customers while seeking new business opportunities with potential clients.
∎ Proper filing, recording and documentation of the office assets, sales and expenditure
∎ Genuine bills and vouchers should be kept in the office for all expenses
∎ Reporting to head office as per requirements
∎ Regular Bank Deposit and Agent Banking related works (According to Agent Banking operation guidelines)
∎ Bank Account opening, maintaining FDR, Cash Payments, deposits, Clearing Cheque, Bills payments etc
∎ Accounting Report preparation daily and monthly basis as per head office requirements.
∎ Checking and verifying of the vouchers
∎ Preparing next month branch budget forecasting and sending to the head office Administration department by 20th to 25th of each month.
∎ Double checking financial transactions and records on a daily basis
∎ Working with Internal Auditors, External Auditors, and other Accountants as per requirement.
∎ Working effeciently for Cost minimization
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
