Responsibilities:

  • Welcome Guests by greetings, answering questions, responding to query

  • Setting appointments and maintaining office decorum accordingly

  • General administrative and clerical support

  • Carry out any other official jobs assigned by the management

  • Manage check In and Check Out information with integrity

  • Will be responsible for answering phone calls and response

  • Well Behave and gesture with clients

  • Assist in Recruitment, selection, and joining of the newly joined employees.

  • Update and maintain employee personal files and other HR paper works in an efficient and confidential manner.

  • Prepare HR service related documents

  • Prepare different drafts, reports, statements and minutes as required

  • Support leave management process

  • Assist in day to day HR Operations

  • Handle day to day operation of admin & HR role at corporate head office.

  • Ensure the security & safety factors of the company.

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, personal data in regular basis.

  • Prepare monthly salary & other allowance sheets, final settlement, mobile allowance, annual leave encashment & other relevant payment sheets on time.

  • Execution of administrative plans, policies & decisions of the management.

  • Maintain regular communication with coordination regarding any admin related issues.

  • Provide reports to the higher management regularly as required.

  • Building a smooth coordination between existing departments.

  • Establishing objectives for increased output and improved efficiency

  • Maintain the dead line of any work given by authority

  • Make a work plan for each day for monitoring properly

  • Check the cleanliness of all employees and the workplace

  • Monitor the work of front desk, client’s problem should be solved on time

  • Visit building every day to ensure the maintenance

  • Monitor that students departure is going smoothly

  • Report to Higher Authority every day.
