Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferable MBA in HRM & PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make & implement Factory HR, Admin & Compliance polices as per local law & different buyers code of conducts.
∎ Facilitate building a winning culture driven by the values of Purbani.
∎ Decide & operate within the boundaries of the board approved Mission, Vision, Values, Strategic Plan & Policies of the company.
∎ Inspire, motivate & help all department heads to reach the formulated strategic goal by providing the required human resources.
∎ Analyze, Manage, Maintain & Develop HR process.
∎ Ensure the implementation of approved HR plan & Improve HR processes.
∎ Ensure that key HR & Admin operations (E.G. Recruitment, Succession Planning, HR Development, Leave Management, Staff Contracts, BIDA work permit issues, Payroll, Benefits, Relocation Management, Terminations etc.) are effectively running to ensure efficiency & accuracy in HR management implementation & execution.
∎ Analyzing role profile & designing Job Description for all types of employees (Staffs & Workers).
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006, Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting Law-2003 and ILO convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as Accord, WRAP, Social /environmental / ethical /technical etc.
∎ Responsible for Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Continuous improvement of team members through training & motivation.
∎ Uncompromising adherence to the safety & security standard of Purbani.
∎ Maintain healthy relation among all departments of all factory units under the group for better functioning of the organization.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences & Labor Federation etc.
∎ Capable to deal with all other HR & Compliance related matters.
∎ Responsible for legal issues of administration like- GD Entry and drafts, FIR Drafts, Charge sheet, Service matter cases etc.
∎ To make lease/contract agreement.
∎ Any other assignment when requirement by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
