Experience:
Keep positive attitude to visit market and factory as per schedule.
Work closely with the team members, user, and suppliers.
Analyze technical data and specification to determine the goods requirement after getting purchase requisition (PR) for different Machineries (Knit Textiles) & spare parts, consumable materials in Industry and other services.
Planning for procurement of equipment, services, and other supplies.
Able to control procurement activities for individual business unit.
Possess full procurement cycle ( RFQ- Collect Quotation - Formulate CS- Prepare PO/WO- Delivery of material on time).
Review and analyze vendors/suppliers performance, quality of suppled material and pricing option.
Physical competence to visit marketplace and industrial unit periodically.
Communicate with different stakeholders regarding the nature and function of purchased equipment.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future developments.
To keep liaison with related factory personnel and other departments (like Store, Maintenance, Audit, Accounts & Finance etc.)
