Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): All over printing, Heat Seal Printing, Printing Chemical, Spot Printing, Sublimation Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all operations of printing division to ensure producing the desired results for printing factory.
∎ Effective utilization of plant & machinery, budget, PPc, utilities, quality and handle manufacturing of printing section.
∎ Control the quality throughout the process, minimize the damages and wastage of fabric & color or any type of materials and improve the print quality & production ratio.
∎ Responsible for ensuring production sample with target fabric maintaining proper lead time.
∎ Responsible for ensuring on time production as per approved sample with outlining productivity & efficiency to ensure smooth shipment.
∎ Responsible for checking design, screen & print measurement before starting bulk production.
∎ Collect Order sheet, Approval sample from merchandiser or concern to ensure right quantity of production outlining shipment timeline.
∎ Ensure Liaison with Planning, IE, Store, Finishing, and Merchandiser to ensure on time in house of materials and to maintain production time line.
∎ Follow up of Pigment, Reactive, Discharge, Burnout & Metallic printing process.
∎ Ensure quality standard & chemical restriction limitation as per buyer requirements.
∎ Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemical to be used, color sequences & any other instruction.
∎ Examine the printed products with quality team for ensuring print clarity, color accuracy & External defects.
∎ Follow up designer & sample department, color department, exposing unit, & merchant team for development issues,
∎ Follow up of water-base, rubber Glitter, flock lamination, photo print, high density & foil.
∎ Effective planning for printing garments in-house from sub contract factory, assess the factory & Negotiating bulk fabric price, taking approval from management and advising it to sub contract the factory.
∎ Check printing quality & consistency against approved hangers at different stages of production and follow-up on sample and bulk printing till the completion of order at Sub contract Factory.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related continues activities and give the technical guidelines to the subcontracts printing factories.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbents will be given preferences who have practical experience of handling All type of Printing.
∎ The candidate should be dynamic person with personal initiative and leadership skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Should have experience in handling independently full production of printing factory.
∎ Outstanding organizational & leadership skills.
∎ The applicant should have the ideas on Screen print,machine print, table print, level print,cut piece print,sublimation print & oval print.

Salary: Negotiable
