∎ Graduate or Post-Graduation from any reputed University.
∎ Textile or higher education on fabric/Mkt background will be good but not mandatory for the position
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Good communication skills, Marketing, Negotiation Skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and overall control of fabric sales and marketing of Knitting & Dyeing.
∎ Able to meet the target of the allocated capacity
∎ Effective planning for smooth production & delivery of goods
∎ Strong & close follow-up & coordination with Knitting & Dyeing Production team
∎ Maintain an effective communication with suppliers/vendors & inter-departments within the company
∎ Responsible for on time goods delivery, bill processing & clearance accordingly
∎ Report to Operations Head in regular basis & in all aspects
∎ Follow up with the sub-contract orders from development to ship as on T&A;
∎ Regular customer visit to ensure seamless communication with the customers and related industry;
∎ Continuous monitoring of competitor activities and report with recommendations to make marketing strategy;
∎ Price negotiation, order placement and order sheet control in consultation with Business Head;
∎ Take price approval from management before starting sub contract orders;
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual target of the region and ensure order collection in maximum number;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good understanding on production/operations of Knitting & Dyeing
∎ Dealing with 30 Tons fabric sales capacity per day;
∎ Should have vast knowledge about yarn price market as well as knitting and dyeing price for proper fabric costing;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and presentation skill;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office;
