Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent. E-Commerce Management Degree is a plus
∎ Experienced in Amazon, Noon, Jumia or similar merchandising (Vendor Central, Seller Central)
∎ Collaborative self-starter with excellent follow-through skills
∎ Strong experience of technical CRM and CMS environments
∎ Experience managing partner marketing, social, retail, and multimedia activities
∎ Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and data analysis
∎ Superior verbal and written communications skills
∎ Strategic, analytic and creative judgment skills with a priority focus on revenue generation

∎ Relationship with e-commerce partners and ensuring continuous monitoring and sharing of progress with local teams.
∎ Work with relevant partners in the Region and in the local office on ecommerce plan - sales, marketing, product assortment, delivery and promotions
∎ Responsible for ensuring that online sales budget for the Region is met on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
∎ Provide monthly updates on progress of the results and strategies to team & management, including all financial reporting and metrics
∎ Contribute towards preparation of budgets and forecasting in align to the financial calendar
∎ Work with other departments to ensure assortment, stock availability and correct pricing is onsite for each partners
∎ Provide market insights to senior management
∎ Any other ad-hoc as assigned by the management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build overall ecommerce/digital strategy to drive the brand presence and conversions through the online channels.
∎ Strategize to build & grow business exponentially in the short & long term on e-commerce platform by driving key e-commerce/ digital fundamentals.
∎ End to end responsibility of revenue and P&L for online presence from- website, ecommerce to digital marketing.
∎ Develop & execute strategies for full price sell thru.
∎ To increase customer lifetime value by Developing unique (with Brand guidelines) product and service assortment.
∎ Driving traffic from Retail to Online and vice versa to increase loyalty and frequency of purchase to increase customer lifetime value.
∎ Drive traffic, conversions and shopper engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable business growth on e-commerce.
∎ Drive loyalty & retention of customers.
∎ Track, review and drive category-wise growths.
∎ Drive content creation within the organization & retail stores.
∎ Partner with peers, esp., Retail, Brand & Brand Experience to deliver a holistic digital Brand Experience

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with a local or global brand.
