Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand
∎ Assist clients on order-on-line
∎ Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
∎ Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
∎ Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
∎ Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing portal/tools
∎ Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at traditional brands
∎ Assist customers with after-sales service issues
∎ Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about products and brand.
∎ Able to communicate concisely company policies to client
∎ Maintain and update regular client correspondence

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 2 years experiences in customer service
∎ Strong Ecommerce background
∎ Must be a sales-oriented person
∎ Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
∎ Proactive personality and self-motivator
∎ Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
∎ Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
∎ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
∎ Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
∎ Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
∎ Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
∎ Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
∎ Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
∎ Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
∎ Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
∎ Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings.
∎ Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
∎ Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
∎ Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure timely and efficient deliveries of customers' service needs.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.
