The Head of Distribution will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the company’s entire distribution network to ensure timely delivery, efficient logistics, and strong market coverage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute the overall distribution and logistics strategy in line with company objectives.

• Supervise all distribution channels across the country to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

• Lead and guide regional distribution teams to achieve business goals and service excellence.

• Maintain close coordination with the Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

• Manage warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control for optimal efficiency.

• Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and logistics partners to ensure mutual growth.

• Analyze distribution performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Develop distribution automation systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
