Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide creative output and direction to ensure the overall vision for the product is achieved.
∎ Pursue initial creative direction presented by buyer or from market trend analysis to final products.
∎ Establish metrics and measurable goals to ensure a visibility into design’s impact to business.
∎ Perform knowledge sharing with the business team on the new garments, fabrics and embellishment techniques & trends.
∎ Any other related tasks given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Bachelor's degree from a reputed university preferably in textile engineering or fashion design.
∎ 12+ year experience working at a reputed company in a related field.
∎ Ability to think strategically, drive innovation and market leading ideas.
∎ Expected to be very proactive, dynamic and self-motivated.
∎ For deserving candidates given requirements may be relaxed.

Salary: Negotiable
