Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent having no 3rd division/class in any examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will work as Head of Database Admiration Department.
∎ Managing Database configuration and integration for Core Banking and other Banking Applications and Systems.
∎ Managing Disaster Recovery Management (Data Guard, DAT Replication) and maintaining back-ups & recovery procedures for all OBL Banking system databases.
∎ Managing all Oracle database designing, developing, Database configuration, integration and administration (including for upgradation and migration) for Application Server (Web Logic), Report server of Oracle Business Intelligent (OBI), Mobile Banking Solution, ATM System, Card Management System.
∎ Managing all Databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL or other) designing, developing, database configuration, integration, upgradation and administration with performance monitoring and tuning of all Oracle databases, My SQL databases, PL/SQL databases or other databases of OBL Systems ensuring Database Health.
∎ Provision for support and assistance to development teams in designing, development, testing, tuning and implementation of database applications including to deal with complex data models and object oriented relational database mapping.
∎ Manage, assign, and maintain an inventory of all databases used in OBL Banking Applications and other IT Systems of the Bank.
∎ Provision for database related support for EOD (End of Day), EOM (End of Months) and EOY (End of Years) processes.
∎ Preparing MEMO and Work Note to purchase any DATABASE related products or services
∎ Managing coordination and communication with Vendors (related to database related products and services) for management of support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Age Limit maximum 45 years as on March 31, 2020.
∎ At least 12 years of experience in supervision of different Data Base environment. Candidate must have OCP (11.g , 12c and Upper) Certification.
∎ MS SQL Server database certifications like Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), MySQL Database Administrator, Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Database Administrator Certified Master (OCM) or higher Database related certification,
∎ Candidate should have hands-on experience on managing Oracle Database, My SQL Database and MS SQL Database etc.
∎ Candidate should be capable of working in highly sophisticated IT environment and skill to manage RAC and Grid Infrastructure and proven ability to maintain Database Security
∎ Candidate should be capable of working with generic and proprietary APIs to build applications that interact with a DBMS, designing database structures matching application capabilities / requirements.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in English and Bangla.
∎ Candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.

∎ Salary and Designation are negotiable and depend on experience and background of the selected candidates.
