Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal the Corporate Advisory related activities of EBL Investments Ltd.
∎ To book new clients for IPO, RPO, Bonds, Rights Issue, Preference Share Issue etc.
∎ To prepare the Information Memorandum (IM)/ prospectus, and other related regulatory documents related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raising issues.
∎ To execute the activities related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raisings.
∎ To conduct client specific industry research, required valuation and structured activities related to the issue etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 (Seven) years relevant work experience in related fields, with at least 2 (Two) years as the Head of Corporate Advisory/Syndication & Structured Finance
