JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To deal the Corporate Advisory related activities of EBL Investments Ltd.

• To book new clients for IPO, RPO, Bonds, Rights Issue, Preference Share Issue etc.

• Engage with the authorities of BSEC, DSE, and CSE as necessary to facilitate effective communication for the IPO process.

• Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM)/ prospectus, and other related regulatory documents related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raising issues.

• Execute the activities related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raisings.

• Conduct client specific industry research, required valuation and structure activities related to the issue etc.
