Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engage with the authorities of BSEC, DSE, and CSE as necessary to facilitate effective communication for the IPO process.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
∎ Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting duties.
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation of IPO process.
