Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal the Corporate Advisory related activities of EBL Investments Ltd.
∎ To book new clients for IPO, RPO, Bonds, Rights Issue, Preference Share Issue etc.
∎ Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM)/ prospectus, and other related regulatory documents related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raising issues.
∎ Execute the activities related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raisings.
∎ Conduct client specific industry research, required valuation and structure activities related to the issue etc.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 (Three) years of relevant work experience at Corporate Advisory/Issue Management/Syndication & Structured Finance department in any reputed Merchant Bank/Bank/Financial Institution.
