Position: Assistant Vice President (Corporate Advisory)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deal the Corporate Advisory related activities of EBL Investments Ltd.
To book new clients for IPO, RPO, Bonds, Rights Issue, Preference Share Issue etc.
Engage with the authorities of BSEC, DSE and CSE as necessary to facilitate effective communication for the IPO process.
Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM)/ prospectus, and other related regulatory documents related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raising issues.
Execute the activities related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raisings.
Conduct client specific industry research, required valuation and structure activities related to the issue etc.
