Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage performance of the team by leveraging skill sets of individual members towards meeting organizational objectives ;
∎ Ensure the visit and follow-up schedule of collections officers;
∎ Identify the reason behind client’s non payment to help strategize actions against clients;
∎ Take necessary steps in system to keep the reporting update;
∎ Prepare office note and memos;
∎ Provide inputs to HOSAM & Monitoring in the formulation of action plans for delinquents clients;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years' of relevant experience in Banks/FI
Salary: Negotiable
