Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBM/Master's degree in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial banking with minimum 10 years of adequate expertise in CMSME sector out of which minimum 03 years as the Head of CMSME/2nd in Command of CMSME Division in any commercial bank
∎ Adequate knowledge and professional training in CMSME Banking & Credit Risk Management
∎ Ability to review CMSME Business performance, financial performance reports and other reports for stakeholders
∎ Knowledge in regulations & guidelines on CMSME Business & Banking
∎ Ability to maintain relationship with all stakeholders of CMSME
∎ Ability to organize result-oriented sales team and ensure sales team's desired performance through branches' network
∎ Ability to explore new opportunities and to ensure an actively leading role in different segments of CMSME Business
∎ Ability to develop customers' need based products and services
∎ Must have proactive & positive attitude.
∎ Age not over 50 years as on August 16, 2023
∎ Self-driven & tech-savvy
∎ A team player & good in leading a team
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill
∎ Suitable candidates must have started their Banking career through a competitive written examination.
