Job Context:
∎ Focus on production of Suits (item - Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat) efficiency for an entire team of professional.
∎ Ensuring workflow runs smoothly, build standard CAD processes, review outputs for quality control, track performance based on technical solutions, Sample approval with managing CAD software.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern direction, fabric selection and tech packs preparation as per instruction of buyers. Focus on production of Suits (item - Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat)
∎ Ensure that any change made in the approved sample is communicated to the concern persons timely.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers and provide to cutting department & follow up it in practical.
∎ Assessment of design sample, fit sample, red seal & gold seal samples upon received from the buyer.
∎ Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as garment size, section, style, identification, and sewing instruction
∎ Monitor & ensure line layout with minimum change over time.
∎ Examine sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material or fabric required to make product consumption.
∎ Create a master pattern for each size which within a range of garment sizes, using measurement charts, drafting instruments, CAD computers, and/or grading devise.
∎ Determine the best layout of pattern pieces to minimize waste of material and mark fabric accordingly.
∎ Perform any other task as & when assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Should have experience on production item like Suits, Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat.
∎ Strong knowledge of production process, machine and other resources.
∎ Should have knowledge in Gerber Software
∎ Good oral and written communication skill
∎ Knowledge on pattern making and garments technology
∎ Leading and supervising Skill
∎ Thorough Knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc.
∎ The candidate must have good knowledge in Suits, Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat garment manufacturing process.
