Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the strategic vision for new businesses in collaboration with the senior leadership teams across companies
∎ Conduct market forecasting to anticipate project potentials
∎ Provide strategic guidance to the management team on new product development to meet current and future customer needs
∎ Monitor and gather competitive intelligence for the businesses to stay ahead of competitions
∎ Generate new clients and business relations to ensure new projects are identified
∎ Lead the business development team across all companies
∎ Plan and coordinate business development strategy exercises for all companies
∎ Lead digital marketing efforts including brand management for all concerns
∎ Challenge status quo for continued improvements and innovations in strategies
