Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Bank’s Asset Liability Marketing (ALM) strategy in line with overall business goals and regulatory requirements.
Develop and drive deposit mobilization and asset growth strategies across customer segments.
Manage product portfolio performance, pricing, and profitability in collaboration with Treasury and Risk functions.
Identify market opportunities and drive customer acquisition through tailored marketing and business development campaigns.
Provide strategic input into asset-liability planning, product mix, and liquidity management.
Ensure strong coordination between branch network, corporate banking, and marketing teams to optimize asset and liability positions.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform business planning.
To guide the Branches/Sub-Branches for maintaining asset quality & efficient liability management
To prepare annual business targets in collaboration with all branches/sub-branches and close monitoring/follow-up for meeting the targets
