Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• The candidate should have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in CSE/Information Security/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or Computer Science /EEE/ETE having no 3rd division/class in any examination.

• Masters in relevant field will be preferred.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Minimum 02(two) years of information security or Security compliance experience is required for the position of First Executive Officer/ Executive Officer.

• 08(Eight) years’ experience on IT sector and among them minimum 05 (Five) years focused on information security or Security Compliance is required for Senior Executive Officer/Principal Officer.

• Strong Understanding of cyber security principals, technologies & best practices.

• Good Understanding on IT standards and frameworks e.g., ISMS, PCI DSS, NIST, OWASP, Bangladesh Bank ICT security policy etc., is required.

• Certified in at least one of the following will be preferred: ISO-LA, CEH, CHFI, LPT, CySA+ etc.

• Certificate at least one of the following will be preferred: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP etc.

• Hands on experience on VA & PT, SIEM, DLP, EDR, PAM etc.

• Understanding on SOC Processes, Monitoring, Incident handling & willingness to work as part of 24/7 on Security Operation Team.

• Basic knowledge in Programming, Networking and Systems Administration (Windows/Linux/Unix) is required.
