Education:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting or related field from a UGC-approved university.

  • No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

  • Professional certifications such as CFA / FRM / PRM / CA (part-qualified) will be preferred.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury / ALM functions in banks or financial institutions.

  • Strong understanding of balance sheet management, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk.

  • Knowledge of government securities, money market, and foreign exchange operations.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative ability.

  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.

  • Good understanding of Bangladesh Bank regulations and financial markets.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare ALCO packs including liquidity reports, gap analysis, duration analysis, and key risk indicators.

  • Monitor liquidity ratios including CRR, SLR, LCR, and NSFR to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Analyze Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) and recommend appropriate strategies.

  • Track market trends including yield curve movements, inflation, and policy rates, and assess business impact.

  • Coordinate and support the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework.

  • Liaise with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Business Units for data collection and alignment.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and internal policies.

  • Prepare ALCO meeting minutes and track follow-up action points.

  • Contribute to MIS automation and reporting enhancement initiatives.
