Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, managing P&L, and driving business expansion.
Strong knowledge of the technology market, IT services, and digital transformation trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement the company’s business strategy in alignment with the organizational goals.
Lead long-term business planning, including sales forecasting, growth targets, and budgeting.
Drive the overall sales and revenue performance of the company.
Oversee business proposals, pricing strategies, and tender submissions.
Ensure smooth execution of business operations and adherence to operational KPIs.
Collaborate with operations, technology, finance, and HR teams to deliver client commitments effectively.
Monitor project delivery, client satisfaction, and service excellence.
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing business development, sales, and client management teams.
Define team goals, KPIs, and performance management processes.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and results-driven performance.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and P&L statements.
Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and corporate governance standards.
