Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As “Head of Business” you will be responsible for overall the Business operations of Akij Pipes Ltd. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
∎ Ensure the factory adheres to safety regulations and environmental policies, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
∎ Manage the business daily operations, including scheduling production runs, coordinating with logistics and procurement teams, and supervising total business operations.
∎ Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure that products meet customer requirements and company standards.
∎ Plan and manage the business's budget, including setting and monitoring financial goals and reviewing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are well-maintained and serviced regularly.
∎ Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation.
∎ Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategy.
∎ Demonstrate strong leadership through robust execution and achieving results.
∎ Enable effective communication and transparency within the Market through organization of regular market meetings, Front Office forums other management meetings.
∎ Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.
∎ Develops thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, as well as those of the competitors.
