Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters/ MBA major preferably in Finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from a reputed University with good academic record (CGPA 3.0 and above)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Market Development (Banking), Market Development (Leasing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve branch profitability target.
∎ Maintain a high quality portfolio.
∎ Monitor market & competition indicators and formulate strategies to acquire new relationships and maintain existing client to increase profitable market share.
∎ Build goodwill of the Company by providing excellent service.
∎ Ensure high quality service to both internal and external customers of the branch.
∎ Manage all other activities of the branch with high ethical standard and complying with both internal and external compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years experience in Bank's/NBFI's
∎ Strong sales experience of banking products.
∎ Adequate knowledge about the products & services of financial markets, working experience at any Islamic bank will be preferred.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Team Building capacity.
