Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ The lawyer must be a law honors graduate with certificate from the Bangladesh Bar Council to practice law.
∎ Enrollment in the High Court and LL.M degree will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banking law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting & vetting Bank conveyances, plaints and petitions.
∎ Sound knowledge in Banking and relevant laws.
∎ Providing legal opinion on property and banking issues.
∎ Monitoring court cases and giving depositions.
∎ Writing memos and reports.
∎ Briefing law firms and keeping liaison with them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given if serving in any Bank or Financial Institutions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and as a team.
∎ Good writing skill.
∎ Computer literate
∎ Job responsibility will include assisting the Head of Legal and the Management with any entrusted works.
