Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the dedicated sales team for the development and implementation of successful strategies with a view towards establishing the Bank as a premier provider of banking products and services.
∎ Take complete ownership of business activities of all retail & corporate products right from strategic planning to execution and delivery of results on all accounts such as volume and revenue generation, collections and overall profitability of sales operations.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for client acquisition and relationship marketing through extensive physical visits to various corporate offices.
∎ Factories and individual potential clients to persuade his/her individual asset & deposit target as well as put his/her best effort to achieve the team target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Positive attitude & pro-activeness to lead & embrace changes
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
