Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Banking and Insurance, Master in Commerce from a reputed University.
∎ Education may be relaxed to the experienced and ambitious executives.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages the daily correspondence of the Branch Offices.
∎ Assisting the inter department auditing, manage loss prevention, and underwriting.
∎ Assisting the Chief of the Branch Control Department regarding operating results, insurance trends, and market position of the company in terms of revenue earning.
∎ Providing guidance on more complex issues of underwriting and re-insurance matters.
∎ Develop new business through selling and marketing activities.
∎ Setting up strategy to take effective decisions that affects the functional area of the responsibility.
∎ Budgeting the Quarterly, half yearly and annual revenue earning and implement the strategy to get the appropriate outcomes.
∎ Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and coordinating with other departments.
∎ Liaison with Accounts and Re-insurer Department and reconciling the statement of management information system.
∎ Train the juniors/interns to strengthen the Department.
∎ Hires, trains, and monitors the performance of the new and existing insurance agents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in underwriting.
∎ Knowledge on Pre-risk inspection report of the surveyors
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Presentation skills in corporate affairs.
∎ Highly ambitious, smart and energetic.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Adequate Computer skill is must.
