∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Expertise in SQL for database management and Power BI for data visualization. Proven experience (5+ years) in an analytics leadership role within financial services or a related industry. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proficient in analyzing large datasets and presenting insights effectively. Leadership skills with the capability to mentor junior analysts. Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities & Context:

Analytics Leadership: o Develop and execute a strategic vision for analytics that aligns with ASA International’s business objectives. o Champion the use of data-driven insights across departments to improve decision-making. o Build and lead an analytics team to support global operations. Data Management & Reporting: o Design and implement scalable data models and dashboards using SQL and Power BI. o Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all analytics initiatives. o Deliver actionable insights through real-time reporting tools for senior management. Collaboration: o Work closely with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and business intelligence systems. o Collaborate with the Business Development team in Amsterdam to align analytics strategies with growth initiatives. o Partner with operational teams across Asia and Africa to identify key metrics for performance tracking. Performance Monitoring: o Establish KPIs to measure operational efficiency and loan portfolio performance. o Analyze trends and provide recommendations to optimize financial inclusion strategies.
