∎ The incumbent must be well-experienced in directing, coordinating and executing all sorts of recruitments hiring & firing of staffs and executives and other administrative activities of all the concerns, sister and associate ventures of this organization which has been operating its businesses in real estate development and building, township development and building, food products manufacturing and sales and other few business activities. He must be efficient in handling of customers and property buyers appropriately.
∎ It shall be entrusted by the incumbent to relocate, assess and secure all the assets of land and properties under the organization's absolute capacity and prepare, process and execute appropriate means and measures for getting maximum financial benefits/returns in favor of the organization.
∎ He shall be responsible to plan, work and operate all the sister and associate concerns with their separate functional bodies consistent therewith a central management committee focusing the financial growth and corporate professional behavior in all spheres of activities.
∎ He shall be efficient in outsourcing engineers, planners and architects for construction and developmental activities of different sites all located in and around the Dhaka City for target-based and time-bound results and in monitoring such activities in the most efficient ways.
∎ He shall be efficient in engaging proper, efficient and appropriate executives and technical personnel for handling officers and executives of the group and its associate & sister concerns and shall try to establish the highest level of professionalism among the executives, staffs and officers.
∎ Shall keep, update and maintain the personnel port-folios in the soft and hardcopy formats of all the executives, staffs and officers of the group and its associate & sister concerns including the security guards and MLSS regarding their attendance, job performance, leave, salary & allowance etc and report those to the central management timely and regularly.
∎ Shall be responsible to develop and implement appropriate standard of personnel management system (pms) in the corporate, project and site offices and monitor those to ensure highest level of performances from the staffs, officers and executives of the group and its associate & sister concerns.
∎ Shall be delegated to prepare, produce and implement adequate standard of enrollment system for the contractors, agents, masions, workers and labours to be engaged in the construction projects and sites and shall be engaged to develop efficient monitoring system from the head office.
∎ Shall be entrusted to check, sign and foreward the daily administrative expenditures according to the approved budgets of the company and shall try to control those expenses in the minimum adequate level.
∎ Shall be responsible to prepare, produce and implement appropriate administrative expenditure budget of the group and its different associate & sister concerns and shall foreward those to the central management for approval and after getting approval, shall monitor and check those expenditures efficiently.
∎ Shall be entrusted to delegate his/her sincere efforts and endeavour to ensure appropriate evaluation of every drop of sweat of the workers and labours in the projects & sites and every hours of efforts and activities of the executives, staffs and officers in the company.
∎ Shall be expected to deliver his/her earnest efforts and endeavour to maximise the resource sharing of the group and its associate & sister concerns, i.e. to utilise the available resources and assets instead of procuring from outside.
∎ Shall be delegated to develop a most modern and effective Security & Surveillance System with the aids of CCTV and other software for the group and as well as for its different sister & associate concerns and shall try his/her level best to establish excellent administrative discipline, security and order.
∎ Shall delegate his/her responsibilities among the sub-ordinates for administrative and security activities in the most efficient and impartial ways and supervise them time to time in a regular basis.
∎ Age 45 to 55 years

∎ 12+ years of experience including minimum 5 years managerial experience.
