Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing HR Policies & HR planning, Handling Recruitment and selection, Training & Development, Employee relation & disciplinary procedure, and also periodic Employee assessment.
∎ Monitoring all sort of HR & Compliance related issues: Maternity benefit, earn leave settlement, Pay Roll Support, Group Insurance & claim processing, leave management, Health & Safety measures as per buyer COC and legal standards.
∎ Responsible for maintaining all kinds of legal license, compliance related documents/registers as per national, international buyer & governing authorities.
∎ Responsible for conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit (ACCORD, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, GRS, OEKOTEX, STeP etc)
∎ Finding out non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory and take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in national and international labor law, understanding of building & electrical structural design & implementation as per relevant audit & governing authorities.
