∎ M Com/MBA from any reputed University with CA CC/ICMA (Part) Qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have comprehensive knowledge on Accounts, Audit, Finance, Income Tax, Vat, Cash Management, Commercial work, Banking activities Gap Analysis, problem finding & solution.
∎ Supervise the day to day operation of Accounting & Finance functionalities of the Group.
∎ Maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, investment management, cost and profitability analysis etc.
∎ Prepare financial statements, business activity reports & financial forecasts.
∎ Ensure that the organizations financial record & record keeping methods are in compliance applicable standards & regulations.
∎ Focus on cost saving, efficiency programs, Product profitability and Investment Analysis.
∎ Lead and coordinate successful completion and closing of external and any other compliance/financial/Govt. authority's audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge of trading (export-import) and L/C procedures, banking and commercial practices especially in the RMG sector.
∎ Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in the related field in RMG sector

Salary: Negotiable
