Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/EEE having no 3rd division/class in any examination

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the continuous development, implementation and updating of security and privacy policies, standards, guidelines, baselines, processes and procedures in compliance with Bangladesh Bank's ICT Security Policy.
∎ Responsible for developing and managing the frameworks, processes, tools and consultancy necessary for ICT to properly manage risk and to make risk-based decisions related to IT activities.
∎ Responsible for proactive identification and mitigation of IT risks as well as responding to observations identified by external and internal auditors or examiners while assisting in the development of periodic reports and dashboards presenting the level of controls compliance and current IT risk posture.
∎ Responsible for Identifying acceptable levels of residual risk and assisting with action plans, policy and procedural changes for risk mitigation. Provide strategic recommendations to key ICT projects to help improve project results, quality of deliverables, risk optimization, security processes and compliance with regulations.
∎ Responsible for coordinating information security incident response and reporting for events or exploited vulnerabilities including unauthorized system or network access, denial of service, inappropriate data access, data corruption, and/or collection of private or confidential information.
∎ Responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in our current network and performing penetration tests to find any flaws.
∎ Responsible for Documentation, investigation, and report cyber security compliance issues and incidents, where necessary.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

∎ 6-10 Years' experience Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.

∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Experience in risk, compliance and information security policy development.
∎ Experience with development of educational programs in the area of security awareness.
∎ Knowledge of IT processes and controls and strong understanding of risk and control frameworks such as (CoBIT, ISO, NIST, ITIL, PCIDSS).
∎ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other information systems security certifications is preferable
