1.Strong understanding of food costing, budgeting, inventory control systems, and labor cost management to ensure profitability
2. Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure food quality, safety, and perfect seasoning before service
3. Proven ability to lead teams effectively and maintain clear communication across departments
4. Capable of multitasking and maintaining performance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
5. In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
6. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation
7. Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Daily Kitchen Operations: Lead and supervise all kitchen activities, assign workstations, and manage service flow to ensure timely and efficient food delivery

  2. Menu Development & Innovation: Design and develop creative menus that incorporate international culinary trends while aligning with corporate dining standards

  3. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, hygiene, taste, texture, and presentation; inspect every dish before service

  4. Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, manage daily inventory, and coordinate ingredient procurement while maintaining budgetary control

  5. Team Development: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff through hands-on leadership, fostering a productive and positive work environment

  6. Special Events & Catering: Plan, organize, and execute catering services and special events in line with management requirements
