Daily Kitchen Operations: Lead and supervise all kitchen activities, assign workstations, and manage service flow to ensure timely and efficient food delivery
Menu Development & Innovation: Design and develop creative menus that incorporate international culinary trends while aligning with corporate dining standards
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, hygiene, taste, texture, and presentation; inspect every dish before service
Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, manage daily inventory, and coordinate ingredient procurement while maintaining budgetary control
Team Development: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff through hands-on leadership, fostering a productive and positive work environment
Special Events & Catering: Plan, organize, and execute catering services and special events in line with management requirements
