Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor from any recognized University and preference will be given to candidates who have additional training in Washing, Industrial Engineering, HR, mechanical or any other form of certifications related to the ready made garments industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Must be able to source & recruit workers.
∎ 2. Process and screen new workers during recruitment process.
∎ 3. Ensure all personnel files are updated (inclusive of Leave Register, Service Books and all applicable documents).
∎ 4. Ensure final settlement procedure of workers.
∎ 5. Handle maternity files.
∎ 6. Floor visits and ensure production floors are risk free.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Must be a team player.
∎ 2. Must have TOT (Training of Trainer) certification on fire safety training.
∎ 3. Should have training and adequate knowledge in fire fighting, fire prevention, first aid and evacuation.
∎ 4. Should be able to demonstrate good physical fitness.
∎ 5. Should be able to lead a team to ensure maximum fire security of the plant.
∎ 6. Should be able to work under pressure from time to time.
∎ 7. Experience in the RMG sector will be given preference.
∎ 8. Should have working knowledge of compliance requirements in terms of fire safety of renowned buyers.
∎ 9. Computer literacy is a requirement and should be able to operate email, MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ 10. Must have knowledge on RSC (Formerly ACCORD) and Nirapon (formerly Alliance) requirements on worker safety training.
∎ Job location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur & Tongi, Gazipur.
∎ Salary Range: Negotiable subject to education, experience level and impression created during the interview.
