Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned commercial bank seeks a dedicated and vigilant Gunman to join our team. As a key security force member, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our customers, staff, and assets. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, responding to emergencies, managing firearms, and ensuring the overall safety of our bank premises.
∎ Reports to: Security Manager/Branch Manager
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Vigilantly monitor and control access to the bank's premises.
∎ 2. Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and assets.
∎ 3. Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
∎ 4. Maintain and manage assigned firearms, adhering to safety protocols.
∎ 5. Conduct regular patrols and report any suspicious activities
∎ 6. Prepare daily security reports and assist in incident documentation.
∎ 7. Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the bank premises.
∎ 8. Maintain vigilance to detect suspicious activities and prevent potential threats.
∎ 9. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies during security breaches

∎ Weapons Management:
∎ 1. Maintain and manage the firearm assigned to you, ensuring it is in good working condition.
∎ 2. Adhere strictly to firearm safety protocols and legal regulations.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ 1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
∎ 2. Previous experience in security, preferably in a financial institution.
∎ 3. A military or police background is highly advantageous.
∎ 4. Valid firearm license as per Bangladesh regulations.
∎ 5. Good physical health and stamina.
∎ 6. Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.
∎ Licenses and Certifications:
∎ 1. Valid firearm license as per Bangladesh regulations.
∎ 2. Security training certification is preferred.
