Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using Golang.
∎ Understanding of Go Routine and Channel patterns.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
∎ Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
∎ Work with other stacks, including PHP, Java, Vue.js and React to integrate and optimize software applications.
∎ Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
∎ Solve challenging distributed systems problems around scalability, reliability, low latency, high availability with TMNA for global app development
∎ Document requirements and specifications
∎ Troubleshoot issues and debug codebases
∎ Adapt new technologies, tools, processes from the organization as needed
∎ Work with Product Owner's and team members to meet all project deliverables and milestone dates
∎ Communicate well with team members and suppliers and work collaboratively
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The candidate must have very strong ENGLISH COMMUNICATION skills (official language is English).
∎ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
∎ Knowledge of travel, tourism, and software development.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (speaking and writing).
∎ Hardworking, passionate, Punctual & Time management.
∎ Very good understanding of OOP and Design Patterns & Principles
∎ Experience with container/service orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform are preferable.
∎ Database experience in MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.
∎ Experience with agile delivery workflows, modern software quality techniques like TDD/BDD,
∎ Experience with microservice architecture is preferable.
∎ Frontend Development using Vue.js, TypeScript.
∎ Analytical skills and advanced arithmetic skills are required.
∎ The quality-minded approach throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
∎ Ensuring the systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
∎ Responsibilities for the deadline and quality of the services.
∎ Aspiration for technical leadership and fostering a continuous growth mindset within the team.
∎ Skills in cloud infrastructure management, distributed stream processing, and working with large-scale web applications.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ If your designation is higher than Sr there is no overtime allowance. If your designation is lower than mid, 2 hours overtime each day is included in your gross salary. There is annual increment (October).
