Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Washing Plant, RMG and Washing Plant, Woven Dying
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for production, quality of garments.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, garment washing, finishing, coordination.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser to make process prioritized.
∎ Production follow up with washing Plant.
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized floor.
∎ Do research & propose development for all wash processes.
∎ Manage and sustain a full functional Effluent Treatment Plant.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
∎ Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
∎ Ensure product safety and quality.
∎ Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
