Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master in any discipline.
∎ Preference will be given to candidate with Textile Engineering Degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.
∎ To run the quality department successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implement in production floor for achieving best quality.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ To provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers quality standard, i.e. line set up, machinery adoption, production methods, work-aid, QC/QA system.
∎ Coordinate with production, Planning, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality standard.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues & innovatively establish Zero defect in the factories
∎ To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ Ensure all QA staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.
∎ To make sure Inline & End line Quality, appearance, Measurements & Clerical Works Maintain.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have maximum or full Garments based experience will be given preference
∎ Strong Knowledge in Knit Garments Manufacturing Processes, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
